  • Does Allred support Profile/housing orders?

    Yes,finished products or housing or accessories orders are welcome.

  • Can these linear lights be linkable or other requirement?

    Yes, linkable,dimmable,ODM,OEM or other customize require are welcome.

  • Can you provide a sample for us?

    Yes, Of course. Welcome for your sample order to test our products.

  • What about the lead time?

    Normally,4-9 working days lead time, samples only 3-5 days.

  • Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

    Low MOQ, the price can also be negotiable according to your quantity.

  • How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

    We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 6-8 days to arrive.
    Airline and sea shipping also optional.

  • How to proceed an order for led light?

    Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
    Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
    Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
    Fourthly, We arrange the production.

  • Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

    Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

  • Do you offer guarantee for the products?

    Yes, 3 years warranty provided.

  • How to deal with the faulty?

    Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
    Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
    For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution.
